Sit on our deck and watch the sunset into the ocean while you enjoy PEI's legendary Malpeque oysters or a steaming bowl of savoury mussels. Working with local producers to bring you the freshest flavours, our culinary team showcases the best of what the Island has to offer.

Our Culinary Team

Winner of the 2008 Cuisine of the Year at Taste of Nova Scotia Prestige Awards, Executive Chef Shaun Zwarun leads the culinary team at Red Dory, bringing his uniqueness to contemporary cuisine.

A native of Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, Chef Zwarun creates each dish with his own brand of East Coast flair.

Most recently Chef Shaun prepared the picnic basket Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Read more from the Cape Breton Post newspaper article.
