One Bedroom Efficiency Suites One Bedroom Efficiencies are ideal for either a couple or a single traveler who will be on Prince Edward Island for an extended period of time. Located in our heritage Gillis House, these efficiency units have a contemporary design in a Victorian setting. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and large moldings are present in these guestrooms. Each one-bedroom efficiency unit has a large living room, large private bedroom, full sized eat in kitchen and ample storage space.
