Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of booking.   

The Resort has a 24 hour cancellation policy for guest rooms.  A guest room booking may be cancelled 24 hours before arrival date with no penalty incurred to the guest. 

The Resort has seperate cancellation policies for our cottages and houses. Please contact us for more details.

Group bookings cancellation policies are outlined in the Group Contract.       

Check-out time is 11 am. 

Check-in time is 3 pm.

We will try to accommodate any early arrival or late checkout requests but unfortunately, it isn't always possible.  The Resort will make every effort possible to accommodate these requests but we cannot make any guarantees.  

For one night "No-Show" reservations, the guest will be charged the daily rate in full plus taxes to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation on file. 

For multiple nights "No-Show" reservations, the Resort will hold the room for a minimum of two nights before releasing the room for general sale again.  The guest will be charged the daily rate in full plus taxes to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation on file. 

All rooms are non-smoking.  An additional cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged to the guest in the event of smoking in the  room.  Any damages to furniture or fabrics will be charged to the guest above the cleaning fee.    

Children under 12 years old stay for free.  Children over 12 years old are subject to $20 additional person in room charge.   

We now offer 8 of our Double Bed rooms for your travelling companion to stay with you in. There is a one-time $35 pet fee per room. Owners are responsible for maintaining their dog on a leash at all times and for any clean up required. We also have our newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage and 3 bedroom private cottage which are also pet-friendly for all of our guests that can't bear to leave their pets behind. 

All groups must be booked in advance and are subject to policies and procedures outlined in their contract.  Please refer to your group's signed contract for all applicable policies.    

We value our guest's peace and privacy and therefore 11pm is the official "quiet time" at the Resort. Additional charges or removal from the property could result if unable to comply.

Water views are not guaranteed but we will make every effort possible to accomodate these requests.
