Roast Pork tenderloin with apple bacon compote, sage whipped potato, and pommeray jus.
Classic field berry shortcake with ginger crème fresh

Mixed Greens, Shaved Fennel, red onion, and pear in sherry vinaigrette.
Oven roasted salmon with blackberry ketchup, fingerling potatoes and crisp vegetable slaw.
Summer fruit tart with lemon curd and cream

Roast butternut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Wild mushroom lasagna with a blend of cheeses, Thai basil, and garlic chives.

Seafood Buffet - assorted breads and rolls with whipped butters, platter of mixed chows and preserves, house greens with assorted vinaigrettes, German style potato salad with double smoked bacon, cilantro and lime scented coleslaw, a crock of our famous Stan Hope chowder, honey roasted baby potatoes, chef's vegetable medley, steamed island mussels with drawn butter, seafood casserole bake topped asiago cheese and lemon thyme. Chef's dessert table with assorted cakes, pies, squares and cookies
*Lobster can be added at market cost.
 

Stanhope BBQ Buffet - assorted breads and rolls with whipped butter, rice and black bean salad with fennel, grilled vegetable a feta salad, yogurt marinated tomato and cucumber salad, baked potato bar with all the fixings, grilled corn on the cob, BBQ quarter cut chicken, slow roast BBQ pork loin with a tequila lime glaze, carved watermelon basket with fresh fruit, chocolate dipped cookies and strawberry shortcake
