Ski-in, Ski-out on the slopes of Bromont.

Pros: The location was as advertised. The slopes started right in front of the patio doors. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We had one issue with a broken can opener. We notified the property and when we got back from our daily skiing, there was a new can opener on the counter. At the same time they took out the garbage. We were very impressed by the service. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Unfortunately on the last evening the fireplace didn't work. The property sent a technician but he couldn't get it working either.

Great location for ski in and out.

Pros: Ski in and out from the condo. Excellent location. The spacious for a family of 4. Two fullsize beds and a sofa bed. Everything you need in the kitchen to make meals.

Cons: Our condo was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were not well cleaned, so they were slippery and we had to take all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. I felt unsafe. The stairs need to be better salted from ice buildup. The sofa bed isn't very comfortable to sleep on. The hot water tank must be pretty small. After returning back to the condo from skiing, we wanted to take a hot bath. The hot water tank was empty after only one person took the bath. As a result, the next person ended up taking a cool shower which was very upsetting.

Wonderful, good value and great location just off the Bromont ski hill and waterpark.

Pros: The condo was very comfortable and adequate for our needs. The power outage did not disturb us that much as we were not there during the day. We appreciated very much the offer to stay at the main hotel because of the power outage but we were fine and the power came back on for the second night.

Cons: Two things could be improved in the condo. One curtain tab needs repair. The patio chairs were both broken. The shower gel was hard to use, packets of soap would be preferable. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Location, fireplace & stocked kitchen were all great.

Cons: Lack of washer dryer in unit was a big downside for us. A murphy bed would have been preferable to sleep on than a pull out couch, or a larger bed in the bedroom. It also would have been nice to have shampoo, conditioner & bodywash stocked in multiuse bottles, as many hotels have moved toward.

Comfortable with all the amenities for a short or long stay and a great position

Cons: The front entry design Everyone had to walk down a flight to then walk up a flight of steps to the ground floor or above, an entry at street level would take us straight to our room without two flights of stairs….very odd design

Pros: how close we were to the hill. snow was really good, never had to walk to a lift and usually the lift lines weren't too long. everyone was very friendly too.

Cons: just had to walk a little distance to get on the hill but overall not too far. not too many things to do in town had to drive quite a distance for more activities in town

Awesome without snow!!

Pros: The proximity to the hill and the spectacular view. The Christmas decor was perfect...made us feel at home. Thank you for providing such a great kitchen with all amenities....and more.

Cons: The visitor parking was difficult to locate. It needs to be better marked and directions linked to the booking site. A map with the specific location in the condo would have been appreciated. We were wrongly informed by staff to where it was located. We parked in an incorrect location and had a rude note left on our windshield.

Pros: These condos never let down, we've been using them since they were built and absolutely love staying there.

Pros: Great location, ski in/out, well-equipped kitchen, clean.

Cons: The beds were uncomfortable (mattresses too soft and saggy). Washroom didn't have a toilet cleaner.
