Excellent place
Pros: The apartment was neat, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and had a nice TV with Netflix. Really good place
Cons: If you are traveling to Montreal then you would need to wait in traffic during rush hours, nothing too bad but it takes more time to arrive to places

A couple of negatives that didn’t hamper our stay.
Pros: Modern decor. Plenty of natural light in all rooms. Secure windows and door entrance. Neighbour safe and orderly. Stayed 3 nights and was comfortable. A/C in the main area was good. We used the new large washing machine and dryer. Han was very helpful with our request for a can opener. The resurfaced road in front of house meant local traffic was quiet. Short walk to the Metro station. We bought 24 hour A&B zone travel ticket at the Metro Station and this proved to be very cost effective and convenient to use. Car parking not a problem. Han lives on the lower level of the two storey building and was respectful of our privacy.
Cons: Traffic noise from the highway behind the house when the windows are open. Less abled person might have an issue with the external 19 flights of stairs to the entrance door. Kitchen short of a food ladle, colander sieve and a can opener. A clothes drying rack would have been useful.

New and a good option for a family of four.
Pros: Everything was new and in a good condition. Fairly easy to go to down town with public transport, but takes about half an hour. Host was very helpful and was very quick to reply to our wishes.
Cons: Could have had a few more plates and cutlery, and a drainer but not a big problem at all.

Pros: It’s new and nice! Very well equipped, kitchen has everything you might need: huge fridge, dishwasher, cofee machine, toster and etc. The host is very responsive and friendly, even helped us out peoviding some adapters for power sockets :) Highly recommend!

Pros: The whole apartment was amazing. The host was very great telling us everything we need it and the whole apartment was very well maintained and managed. Everything was amazing... It's really recommended im a traveler it felt like home best than a hotel, and seriously, it's best to have this apartment than anything else in this town

Pros: We recently had the pleasure of staying at this newly renovated gem, and we were thoroughly impressed! The place was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, making us feel right at home. What really stood out, however, was the host's exceptional responsiveness - She answered all our questions within seconds! Her prompt communication made our stay seamless and stress-free. Parking was very convenient, and its location across the bridge from downtown was perfectly situated for easy access to all the city has to offer. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Pros: l'appartement était grand avec 2 chambres (grand lits confortables). Cuisine équipée, avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La situation géographique est idéale pour garer sa voiture gratuitement et ensuite prendre les transports pour aller à Montreal (10 min à pied jusqu'au métro puis 15 -20 min jusqu'au centre)
Cons: La rue est assez passante et l'appart est aussi proche d'une double voie, donc on entend le bruit des voitures/ camions, la nuit, si vous avez le sommeil léger, cela peut déranger.
