Pros: Really nice appartements in center Montréal. All clean and easy. Well situated and perfect services.
Cons: A small mistake with my booking first but everyone made it better after a while. Can be a bit busy due to center place.

Larga estadía para acompañar un hijo.
Pros: Departamento cómo y limpio y bien equipado. Cercanía a Metro, centro, galerías comerciales, restaurantes, teatro, plazas. Se hicieron unas solicitudes por ser 2 personas en algunos ítem y estos fueron solucionados. La tarde anterior a nuestra salida, recibimos una carta de agradecimiento por el alojamiento y además decía cuáles eran las condiciones de entrega del departamento.
Cons: Al ingreso , las llaves fueron entregadas en un sobre por el portero de turno y sin una carta con explicaciones sobre reglamentos y seguridad del edificio. Con los días lo fuimos descubriendo. El cubrecolchón no correspondía a la medida y hubo que pedir lo cambien. La cubierta de la mesa comedor estaba suelta y algunas luces no funcionaban. Recibimos una carta de reclamo porque habían un par de cosas que dejaron en el pasillo frente a la puerta y está prohibido; nosotros no estábamos en el dpto. y al regreso por la noche las vimos. Las habíamos solicitado efectivamente, pero no las entregaron personalmente, ni las ingresaron a la habitación.

Sehr angenehm und den Vorstellungen entsprechend
Pros: Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war top, der Zustand war top, alles sauber und die Lage ist mega! Das Personalö im Eingangsbereich ist sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst freundlich, ich hätte mir meinen Aufenthalt in Montreal nicht besser vorstellen können.
Cons: Mein Wlan Passwort war von Anfang an nicht ganz richtig, weshalb ich die ersten Tage keinen Wlanzugang hatte, das hat sich dann aber geklärt.

Pros: This is my second time at Le Mille Neuf. It is the BEST place to stay in Montreal. The staff are all very friendly and especially many THANKS to Antoine for his help who made my reservation very easy . Great location, right between downtown and the old port with a metro station just across the street. Building is very clean and well maintained . Nothing negative to say, once you get a taste of Le Mille Neuf you’ll never want to stay anywhere else. I just made my reservation with Antoine for 2024. Thank you, Antoine for your help!

Convivialité, confort, et plaisir de vivre au coeur de Montréal
Pros: Le Mille Neuf est super pour un séjour à Montréal, le personnel est accueillant, souriant, disponible. Presque tout est parfait, un presque sans faute. L'appartement est spacieux, et très confortable. Le coin bureau est un bon atout. Nous sommes déjà venus deux fois, nous reviendrons sûrement si un compromis sur les trente jours consécutifs peu être trouvé.
Cons: Quelques petits problèmes (ampoules grillées, anneau a serviette brisé, aération salle d'eau en panne) location d'une place de parking pour une journée = peu d'information (heureusement la conciergerie assume parfaitement son rôle). La literie beaucoup trop molle. Tout cela n'est que broutilles. En revanche le GROS soucis est l'obligation des trente jours minimum. Nous venons d'ordinaire trois mois au Canada dont deux fois 3 semaines et le 1009 ne peut pas nous accueillir, cette année nous avons modifié nos plans exceptionnellement, mais cela reste le point le plus négatif pour nous.

great location
Pros: location is great, right across from Montreal convention center which has indoor access to 2 subway/metro stations, has access to the Underground City (RESO), 2 blocks away from Old Montreal, a lot of good cafe close by room size is big given the location, layout is good for 2 people to work, kitchen is small
Cons: the underground parking in the building is very small, making it very challenge to get in and out if your car is bigger than a Mini, parking spot is very tight a lot of loud noise from the outside streets at night, unit doesn't have good sound proof
