Clean, well-appointed space, especially suitable for folks on business in Montreal.

Pros: The space was very clean and very well-appointed. The hosts had thought of absolutely everything needed for a comfortable visit, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Pros: L'appartement dispose de lave linge et sèche linge utiles pour des séjours moyens à longs. Le coin cuisine est fonctionnel bien qu'un peu plus d'équipement puisse en agrémenter l'usage. Le propriétaire a été réactif, en partie, suite à des demandes supplémentaires. L'appartement bien qu'éloigné du vieux Montréal reste bien desservi par les lignes de bus. Il permet aussi le stationnement gratuit d'un véhicule en privatif.

Cons: Un relatif manque de luminosité en journée (l'appartement est un garage en sous-sol aménagé), mais comme nous l'occupions seulement en soirée et pour y dormir cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Le manque d'insonorisation vis-à-vis des occupants du dessus (bruits des pas, grincement de plancher).

Pros: L’espace était bien agencé et confortable, très gros plus avec le parking !

Cons: L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée plusieurs fois lorsque l’on cuisinait. Les couteaux ne sont pas très efficaces. Le frigo est très bruyant et l’horloge du micro onde est très lumineuse. Manque aussi une deuxième lampe de chevet.
