Well furnished apartment style stay
Pros: Unique Stays always ensures that their spaces are well stocked with everything you might need for an apartment-style stay - including comfortable beds! Their communication and willingness to be accommodating is also exemplary.
Cons: In this location, the building's older infrastructure made it quite porous to noise; there is no additional noise insulation and so it's possible to hear human noises from neighbouring rooms or the outside corridor. Most of the time this isn't an issue however.

Pros: The staff were very attentive. The apartment was located on a busy street with lots of restaurants and a nice jazz bar. The location is a few minutes' drive from the city and takes about 25 to 30 minutes via public transit, depending on where you want to go in the city.
Cons: Being a lone traveller made me feel a little uncomfortable because I noticed a lot of people looking at me (mainly at night). I also noticed that a lot of people were in groups when out and about in the evening. The apartment had no sofa, just a bed and two a chairs with a dining table.

Good location in the Plateau, and well appointed rooms.
Pros: We were surprised at the view of Mont Royal from the room and the quiet during Saturday night despite being on a busy road. It was remarkably easy to access the location and the room was very well appointed, with the bathroom facilities and studio kitchen better than we had hoped.
Cons: We were upset because of the policy for cancellation because we had thought we may have to make a change and we were surprised at the “extra” cleaning fee that was added when we booked but wasn’t at first noticeable when we checked prices.

Agradable y conectado alojamiento en Montreal
Pros: Alojamiento con buena ubicación, solo a unas cuadras de la estación Mont Royal. Cuenta con buena luz natural, un dormitorio cómodo y cocina bien equipada. El baño esta bien, solo un poco pequeño, especialmente el lavabo que es reducido, pero nos funciono bien para nosotros. Nos toco en el tercer piso, por lo que hay bastante escaleras, siendo no recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida, si bien para nosotros no fue problema. En general un buen alojamiento. Anfitriones con buena disposición y disponibilidad por cualquier cosa.
Cons: El alojamiento al parecer tiene problemas de aislación de ruido (como varios hospedajes de Montreal), incluso teníamos tapones para los oídos en nuestros veladores, ya que oíamos a nuestros vecinos de las habitaciones continuas. Si bien no paso a mayores, la situación pudo haber sido diferente si hubiéramos tenido vecinos más ruidosos. Sería recomendable tener más espacio para dejar nuestros bolsos y ropa.

Good location, close to nice cafes and restaurants. Suitable for those who like to explore neighborhood and be outside.
Pros: Great location! It has AC and everything is well maintained and clean. The kitchen has everything to allow meal preparation.
Cons: The sounds traveling between units were bad. I could hear what my neighbors were chatting and their kids ran around their unit and baby cried and i had a few sleepless nights until they checked out. And then a couple argued at the street at midnight and I heard everything that I did not want to hear. Now i know why the unit came with a pair of free earplugs…. This is not an option for light sleepers and I usually sleep over anything like a pig.

Excellent séjour, on recommande vivement cet établissement.
Pros: Sa propreté, sa localisation ainsi que le fait que la climatisation fonctionnait très bien (il a fait plus de 30 C tout le week-end)
Cons: Un petit point à améliorer: le fond de la baignoire est très glissant lorsqu’on est debout pour prendre une douche. Des bandes antidérapantes ou tapis de bain seraient nécessaire pour éviter une chute.
