Love the neighborhood. Very practical accommodation, quick responses to questions.
Pros: Comfortable bed, big space. Full kitchen. Nice apartment
Cons: Small tv, difficult to use. Strange odor in the space.

Great location, value for money.
Pros: The location makes this stay great. Very central, comfy, and has everything you need if you're looking for a short visit while you explore the city.
Cons: The walls are thin, so you will hear people walking or parties next door. But the bedrooms are further back so it's far enough to not be too bothered by it. The parking rate mentioned on the listing is only true for weekdays and not weekends. You have to renew it every 12 hours as well over the weekend.

Spacious Apartment in A Good Spot
Pros: Great communication, although doesn't look much from outside was a very spacious flat in a great location with full kitchen facilities.
Cons: Entry to flat door code was flat number so easily detectable so took all our important documents with us. Easily rectified.

Comfy apartment for a small group
Pros: The apartment was spacious for 4 people to stay comfortably. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. It overlooks a very nice government building across the street. Although it's on a main street, the apartment was very quiet. Having affordable parking across the street was convenient. I got very clear communications from the owner right after I booked.
Cons: It would be nice to have some small hand and face towels in addition to bath towels. Bathroom can have some hooks for towels. It was nice having a balcony for some fresh air, but could be nicer with some chairs. It was thoughtful to have a portable AC as the apartment was a lot stuffy when we first checked it, but it was a bit loud to keep on overnight.

Pros: The hosts Alex and his brother responds to our requests and calls for help immediately. In fact Alex helped us into the apartment. Gave us good advice on places to dine and best size Uber for our need. Helpful

Fully stocked apartment in excellent location!
Pros: Spacious, fully equipped with kitchen, comfortable beds. The space was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Amazing location, very central!
Cons: No issues. Water pressure was a bit weak and the flooring from upstairs was noisy but not so bad that it bothered us.

Pros: Great location!! Large and spacious great for 4 ppl/ 2 couples. Clean! Walkable to very cool bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops!
Cons: It was the basement unit which I knew when booking so no big deal. But if you want a balcony just upgrade. This was not a priority for us. We just went out in the gorgeous city!

Excellent 2 bed accommodation, really clean and comfy.
Pros: Host Alex was very responsive and helpful. Helped us to have a later checkout which we really appreciated. The Cleaner was lovely too! Cosy and clean apartment, would definitely recommend.
Cons: I really liked this accomodation and would stay again, here were a few things that are nice to have. 1. A sponge to wash up and another to clean the bath and sink 2. A tin opener! 3. A couple of utensils i.e. cooking spoon and a knife, quite difficult to cut/prepare meat and other foods without a knife. The one thing we didn't like was the noisy neighbours above. Quite a bit of banging and what sounded like someone was on a treadmill every night. Also hoovering at 9pm or later. Accessibility - It is worth noting there are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment (it's on the 2nd floor)

Pros: Alex was an excellent host. He. accommodate our request for an early check in. There were constant communication between us. Check in is flawless. You can walk to downtown and old town Montreal. There were a lot of restaurants in the area. All basic amenities are available including toiletries, coffee, sugar, tea. Laundry detergent.
