Excellent place for an excellent price

Pros: Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Wonderful location

Cons: The couch was quite dirty, and neighbours very loud

Pros: Je devais subir une opération le lendemain matin très tôt, près de l’emplacement. C’est donc pour cette raison que nous avons choisi cet endroit :) tout était parfait sauf…

Cons: Ce n’est vraiment pas la faute de l’hôte, seulement l’appartement d’à côté était très festive. Ils sont arrivés à 3:00 am en état d’ebrité très avancée, j’ai cru comprendre qu’un des individus c’est fait mal en montant les escaliers, donc beaucoup de bruit en lien avec sa blessure, ils ont parler très fort dans le corridor, le temps d’être en mesure d’ouvrir la porte. Une fois a l’intérieur, ils ont continuer de boire et de parlé fort. Ma nuit a donc été interrompu à cause d’eux. Je n’en veux pas à l’hôte, car il m’avait aviser que si quoi que ce soit arrivait, il était disponible pour nous et je n’ai pas communiqué avec lui pour l’aviser du tapage nocturne.

Super séjour, emplacement idéal, dans un appartement soigné pour un prix vraiment attractif !

Pros: L'appartement était propre, complètement rénové et parfaitement insonorisé et climatisé. L'arrivée s'est faite très facilement et la communication du propriétaire très claire et très agréable.

Pros: We loved the neighbourhood. Really vibrant, interesting and diverse. Many restaurants to choose from. Close to Mont Royal and Jean Talon Market. Easy walking distance to Metro. Parking at rear of property. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable and spacious. We felt very safe and secure. There was even a small balcony off the back bedroom! We met staff on arrival and they were so helpful, kind and amazing!

Cons: It's really just us but not big fans of ROKU TV. We were too busy to watch TV anyways so really didn't matter.
