Pros: Location, very near to subway, metro supermarket, restaurants.

Cons: Stairs

Pros: great location, so many stores (bakery, grocery store, coffee shops) just outside the property as well as Snowdon metro station

Cons: a lot of things were broken in the apartment upon arrival including chest of drawers, chair, floor boards. More dishes in the kitchen would be useful. For example there was only 1 fork for 11 people, and just a few cups.

Pros: It was a very large apartment with plenty of room for all of us to lounge in the living room, cook in the kitchen and sit at the dining table. Great value for money if you are a with group and want something very close to metro, SAQ and grocery store. Only lift was not there so it was difficult to carry languages to room

Pros: Muy bien ubicado; para entrar y salir del edificio sin problema alguno con los códigos de seguridad; me encantó que aproximadamente a 50 metros existe una fábrica de bagels!!! Enfrente un supermercado bien surtido, con buena charcutería para acompañar los bagels. Lugares cercanos para ir caminando y restaurantes y bares en la misma calle.

Cons: Es muy ruidosa la calle.

Pros: One thing that had us a little worried was that we did not recieve instructions about codes to get in until after 3 pm having been told we would get them at 11 am. The location was great with stores so close but we had to figure out where we could park.

Cons: One of the beds (in the double room) could do with a new mattress, the person using it felt like she was in a 'taco'

Pros: L’appartement est très grand, pas loin du centre-ville, et plusieurs épicerie à côté, il y’a plusieurs chambre une grande cuisine équipé

Cons: It would have been nice to have dish towels and hand towels in the bathroom (they only paper towels). The apartment in general definitely has a “renovated on a budget” feel, however it is still in good state. The building seemed more or less sound proof between the apartments, although we were lucky to not be bothered by others!

Value for money considering the genius discount I got from booking

Cons: Principalmente la ventilación. El aire acondicionado central no sirve y solo tiene 2 equipos minisplit son insuficiente para enfriar todas las habitaciones en temporada de calor. El piso esta roto en pasillo de tránsito hacia baños, sala de estar y cocina
