Burgundy Lofts - Marché Atwater

Pros: Great location, very nice neighbourhood. Lots of potential in the place with nice rooms, a big living room and kitchen.

Cons: The aircon in one room didnt work (during heat wave). The kitchen had two cups, two bowls and a lot of wine glasses - a fill up of the kitchen would be great to be able to have breakfast etc.

Comfortable, clean in a nice neighbourhood

Pros: The location is excellent for our needs. The flat was clean and spacious. WiFi was good.

Cons: A few added kitchen items would be useful. A microwave would be good to have. The window blind is in need of repair. There a several steps - 40 up to the flat.

A comfortable stay in a terrific Montreal neighbourhood.

Pros: I loved the space and the location. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms and two bathrooms were great. The view to the park and the ice rink was classic Montreal. It was quiet despite being on a busy street. We loved the cafes and restaurants and market. Such a special place to explore.

Cons: There seemed to be a hum from a motor below the living room floor- a fridge perhaps? But it did not interfere with our visit. Parking was a challenge but once I found a street closer to the canal it was easy- it was winter so the snow made it even harder to find parking.

Comfortable, spacious, warm, very well located.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to a Metro station and very close to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, traditional markets etc

Cons: It might be normal in Canada, but we found the complete lack of basic supplies like salt, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid etc meant we had to stock up on big boxes of everything and left many such items behind.

Pros: Everything was great, great service, nice and comfortable little appartment, very satisfied.

Pros: The value for money is exceptional. It was exactly what we needed. The customer service was amazing and the AC was great for the hot summer days ! Location 10/10

Cons: The only thing was it was a bit dusty etc. under the beds but if that does not bother you to much then this place is amazing. Definitely under rated.

Pros: everything is coded, so it's really easy, very quiet neberhod

Cons: The location is a little bit far from the old city, there is no microwave

Pros: The property is spacious, with a nice balcony and nice view The location is just perfect. Close to the touristic places and not too crowded Easy access to Public transportation The house was so quite at night The bed was so comfortable You can easily find a paid parking in the street

Pros: The location was great. Close to subway station as well as restaurants and shops. The Atwater market is about 1 block away. Plenty of space for our group. Perfect for the amount of time spent we spent in Montreal.

Cons: A little outdated but wasn’t looking for high end space. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.

Loved the stay! Would recommend.

Pros: Great location! And very spacious. The air conditioning was extremely helpful during the summer heat.

Cons: Minor issues such as main bathroom sink not draining properly and small tears on the sofa. Otherwise no issues!
