Pros: Great location in the middle of the central shopping area. Safe area and quiet apartment. Huge apartment with 4 individual bedrooms with good beds. Kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: It is not very personal. The floors in the kitchen- and living room are worn down and could use some cleaning and shining up.

Pros: Great location, close to nice restaurants, coffee shops, shopping centres, and tourist attractions. A few min walking distance is available park house for reasonable money. The apartment itself is super special, and it can easily accommodate 8 people. Lift brings you directly to the apartment. Staff wad very helpful and came in 5 min to check us in, appreciate.
Cons: Water pressure in showers in the last two bathrooms was super low, and the floor can be better cleaned up.

Spectacular spacious apartment in centrel Montreal location.
Pros: Spacious, well-appointed top floor apartment on cental Montreal shopping street.
Cons: Minor complaints only. The central AC system seemed inordinately loud when running, with no apparent way to reduce the fan speed. The entrance to the building is somewhat inconspicuous and it took us a while to find, partly due the (temporary) fencing of an ongoing street renovation project during our stay. It also took some time to contact a person to show us in, after our arrival time was 1-2 hours later than expected due to long lines at immigration and sheer chaos at all taxi and public transportation options at Montreal airport around 6 pm. Also, a cleaning crew up showed up at the apartment at 11.00 am sharp at the day of departure, technically as advertized, but it seemed a bit early for a property where check-in is after 4 pm.

Getaway with friends and family to celebrate 50th birthday
Pros: Excellent stay, the location was perfect, check-in was seamless. We loved the size of the unit, it was spotlessly clean, great kitchen and layout. Beds were comfortable, everything was well appointed. Thank you, we'll be back!

Super locatie, trendy loft
Pros: Super locatie! De loft was ruim, hip en trendy. De kamers met grote bedden waren elk van een aparte badkamer voorzien wat heel praktisch was.
Cons: De airco is heel luid. We hebben die iedere nacht uitgeschakeld omdat we er anders iedere keer door wakker schrokken… In de keuken waren ook geen grote kookpotten voorzien. En je moet redelijk lang wachten voor je warm water hebt.

Pros: Situation géniale en plein centre. Appartement dingue. En fait il y a 3 appartements de mêmes surfaces au 4ème, 5ème et 6ème étage (le créatif, le présidentiel et le exécutif). Nous sommes arrivés dans le exécutif donc au 4ème étage. Nous avons tout de suite remarqué un défaut dans la climatisation/chauffage. Le système était extrement bruyant. Je pense qu'il était déréglé. C'était tellement fort qu'on avait du mal à s'entendre parler. Nous avons appelé pour dire à quel point nous étions déçu. Simplissimo a été très professionnel, ils ont pris en compte notre demande et nous ont relogé le lendemain au 5 ème étage dans le exécutif. Je tenais vraiment à signaler cette excellent attitude de Simplissimo.
Cons: Pas beaucoup de défaut, je pourrai signaler que certaines salle de bain avaient une pression d'eau assez faible et que certaines baignoires ne pouvaient pas se boucher pour faire couler un bain. Ménage pas parfait il y avait beaucoup de poussiere sous les lits.

Idéal pour un city trip en groupe
Pros: Emplacement en plein centre ville et proche du métro , à proximité de tout, des boutiques, des théâtres , du parc, du centre Bell … L’espace est immense autant dans la salle commune que dans les chambres
Cons: Le parquet n’était pas très propre

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal. L'appartement est très grand et très bien insonorisé, d'autant plus qu'il y avait des travaux dans la rue que l'on entendait pas. Literie confortable
