Cozy Studio in Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles

Pros: Nice apartment with clever arrangement of furniture, in the city center close to many restaurants and bars.

Cons: None of the streaming services advertised worked

Great bang for the buck! Would recommend this property.

Pros: Condo was spotlessly clean and contained everything we needed in terms of appliances, towels etc. It even had a Nepresso coffee machine and coffee pods! The location of the condo was fabulous as it is close to a supermarket, restaurants and the Metro subway. The price for a three nights stay was quite reasonable considering it was Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend.

Cons: The noise level was higher than expected on the weekend. There's a restaurant/pub located in the courtyard - street level. The noise from the music/ patrons continued until past 1:00 AM nightly and travelled upwards. Our condo was located on the 5th floor.

Would only stay here if visiting again

Cons: The place is above the pub, so it might get a bit loud in the night. Earplugs were provided in the apartment though. Other than that, the place is fantastic for a stay!

It was fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone that was travelling to Montreal and wanted some where to stay.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and everything you needed was there. Very clean and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The owner had kept me informed and left a detailed book with all the information you needed how to use the equipment as well as how to get in and out of the apartment. The owner sent me a list of supermarkets and places to eat.

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like about the apartment.

Wow!

Pros: The studio is brand new, fully equipped to the last detail. We didn't use all the amenities because we stayed only two nights, but there is even a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a great coffee maker. The bed is comfortable, a pampering shower. Central location. Parking nearby if you have a car. The owners pay attention to every detail, even one that we didn't even think about. Every question is answered immediately.

Cons: It is not the owner's fault, but there is no number on the building and it is not convenient to find it. The owners gave precise instructions for entry. It was amusing to see people with luggage looking for the entrance (people arriving at other hosts).

Pros: The location is very good. Near the metro station, near the old town and near the quartier des spectacles. So near everything :) The instructions for everything was very clear! The internet woks very good. The host is very responsive. I really appreciated the fact that he offered us the possibility to have a late check-out. Was very kind from him

Cons: There is a pub down stairs with some noise, but if you close the both doors it's OK.

Bien situé, propre , moderne et sécuritaire

Pros: Super propre, équipement neuf, belle douche, le lit un peu dur mais tout de même confortable. L’emplacement parfaite! J’ai aimé être autant centre-ville mais sécuritaire en meme temps. J’ai stationné ma voiture dans le stationnement payant de l’UQAM c’etait parfait! J’ai trouvé ça agreable que le petit balcon donne sur la cours arrière du bar. Et les portes fermées c’etait tres calme, ça couvrait bien le bruit. J’y reviendrais assurément!

Pros: L'appartamento è pulito e spazioso, dotato di ogni comfort con piccole attenzioni al cliente quali accessori per l'igiene personale e necessario per la prima colazione, sale e spezie per chi volesse usare la cucina. Ho letto di persone che si sono lamentate per il rumore generato dal locale sottostante, ma essendo ad un quinto piano con doppi vetri anche io che ho il sonno leggero posso dire di aver dormito benissimo, non solo: non ho mai dormito in un divano-letto tanto comodo! Vicino al centro e alla metro. Insomma...consigliatissimo!
