Quiet charm nestled inside my favorite hot spot in the city
Pros: I loved how close it was to the village, the metro station was my launching pad to see and do elsewhere in the city. The host was attentive just enough, and left me feeling like I was safe in case something came up. The bed was cozy and it was nice that I could customize the thermostat in each room for my comfort. It's quiet when you need it, and charming enough to suit me, I'd come back in a flash! Thank you
Cons: It could use a little aroma therapy, but that could be tricky, so bring your own brand to feel like home.

Pride weekend on st Catherine's street
Pros: Absolutely perfect location. Right by the subway and St Catharines Street, lots of local restaurants and bars. Some of the previous reviews said that there was lots of noise but we didn't have a problem and we were staying there during pride so festivities were in full swing. The host was also very communicative, quick to respond and check-in/out was seamless.
Cons: Everything was really great with the apartment except the toilet. It was very hard to flush and needed to be plunged repeatedly right from when we arrived. there was a sign above the toilet which leads me to think it's a known plumbing issue rather than a one off. We did notify the host and they responded immediately. Ultimately there was no repair/action but we were there only for a short stay over the weekend so that could have compounded it.

The cleaning crew missed a few spots
Pros: Great location, and lovely staff! Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: There was a mouse that showed up in the middle of the night, which was nobody's fault, it's just Montreal. When we tried to find it, we noticed a lot of dust, small toys, some pieces of paper, and candy wrappers under the beds and couch. We ended up having to clean everything. The rest of the apartment was clean, though. But the cleaning crew have been missing those spots for a long time.

Great stay near metro
Pros: This apartment was in a great location near the Pride village and close to the Beaudry metro station, supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything required to cook a meal
Cons: The air-conditioning unit was noisey and too small to cool the area, so it couldn't cool to the set temperature and would run constantly. It also had spikes along the balcony rail to deter the birds, which could easily cause injury

Good value, easy stay
Pros: Good location, near apartment set-up with all the cooking and coffee facilities that you could need. It felt tidy and the check in was simple using codes to access the place.
Cons: There was a power outage at the property, which was due to a tripped power. It was easily fixed in the end when I contacted them by WhatsApp but the person I spoke to via message on booking.com was extremely unhelpful and I was very disappointed that they said they 'd come check and did not. Thank you to the WhatsApp man.

Great
Pros: Very communicative host - I received all the information on time, they double checked several times if everything is OK. I loved the room - for a longer stay it may have been sligthly dark, but for few days it was perfect. It had a small balcony yo lovely inner yard, it was very well equiped, the bed was comfortable, there was coffee and tea left for me. And location was amazing. I would choose this appartment again if coming back to Montreal.
