Le Loft

Un petit coin de paradis

Pros: Emplacement idéal, très cozy, très fonctionnel, village idyllique... de toute beauté ! Le balcon est super, le sentiment d'intimité est parfait, le concept de lits escamotables est très bien pensé et la chambre est bien plaisante. Nous étions entre amis et chacun se disait très satisfait des lieux. J'y retournerais n'importe quand !

Cons: Nous y sommes allés lors d'une fin de semaine de grand froid (-30°C), donc il est normal que nous l'ayons ressentis un peu à l'intérieur j'en conviens. Mais il faisait tellement froid à l'intérieur de la cuisine que même l'eau dans le robinet a gelée... une petite amélioration de l'isolation ne ferait pas de tort pour le confort hivernal. Il n'y avait qu'un stationnement et nous avions 2 voitures, nous nous sommes stationnés juste à côté à l'épicerie et avons informés la propriétaire, mais il serait pertinent de mentionner à l'avance s'il est permis de le faire ou non, et d'informer sur les autres alternatives le cas échéant. Ces 2 aspects ne nous ont pas gâchés notre moment, c'est un petit coin de paradis somme toute !

Pros: Plusieurs petites attentions: petits chocolats, savon pour peau délicate, différentes sortes de café disponibles.

A very nice stay in a lovely setting.

Pros: The store next door was great. We were able to buy all we needed for the meals we made. And the kitchen facilities and supplies at Le Loft met our needs perfectly. It was nice that the garbage, recycle and compost all had their own bins. Thank you. We were sorry the dryer was not operational but the washing machine worked ok. I would have appreciated a small amount of laundry detergent since I didn’t really want to buy some for just 1 load. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was ok though the very large sink covering up most of the countertop was awkward. The small table was just barely ok for the two of us for eating and working at. North Hatley was a good central location for us to stay to explore the Eastern Townships and find so many great photo ops of all the fall colors! The roads are great in all directions.

Cons: The tv was difficult to figure out. As was the fireplace.

Overall we got a good night's rest. The room and key confusion got resolved promptly.

Pros: Comfortable bed- private bathroom and location was good. Loved the rain shower! We didn't get a chance to use the fireplace. It was raining after check out- we were unable to sit and linger a bit on the lovely porch. We have to return to North Hatley to stay again!

Cons: The change in room number wasn't clearly communicated. A little confusing to find the correct room. We were very late arrivals and had to call the host to get the correct room number. Host was responsive and gave us clear instructions how to find the room and enter the passcode.

Excellent host and property

Pros: The host Frederic is very friendly, good communication. The property is super nice and clean and across the street from the lake. I highly recommended.

Pros: The loft was very clean, the ambiance was excellent upon arrival and instructions from the host was very clear. Every detail of the place was very thoughtful and it was designed for comfort and homey feeling for guests. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly when I had questions. I love the idea of the guest book, showing the host values feedback and I think that is very important. I would recommend this place and would go back if I am to visit the same area again in the future.

Pros: We liked everything about. This place! Comfort,. Very clean, quiet, everything. Provided. We would highly recommend this place. We would love to come back!
