Pros: New and clean apartment. Nice kitchen and bath. Large bed. Wifi worked. Independent apartment with separate entrance. Good climate control.

Cons: Basement apartment with owners living above. Not welcoming. Bedding and towels, though clean, are old and worn and not hotel quality. Curtains give privacy but allow too much light in, making it hard to sleep at night.
