Good bargain for value hunters with a car!

Pros: This is my second time staying here. It is a well done basement bedroom that is as nice as a 2 or 3 star hotel room with a separate door entrance to the home. The owners are very very polite and nice. The price can beat what you can get in downtown Montreal.

Cons: It is a 30 minute drive from Montreal which is a big negative if you plan to spend most of your time in Montreal. So this place is for a serious bargain hunter seeking to save some money who has a car.

Good budget accommodations for Montreal solo visitors with a car.

Pros: Attractive well done finished basement bedroom. Very clean. Attentive host. Good adjustable heating system. Nice private entrance. Convenient driveway parking. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Cons: No kitchenette, for example, no kitchen sink or stove. There is a microwave and min fridge. Only one chair for main table. A long drive from Montreal (about 25 mins).
