Very Good stay

Pros: Fitness facilities were good, but some machines were NOT working, and Need to be serviced. Cuban restaurant and bar staff wete Excellent. Very good breakfast. Beds need to be newer/ firmer.

Pros: Excellent, polite, and attentive staff, both at reception (everyone, every day) and at breakfast. Good breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. Strong WiFi. Free parking under the bridge across the road.

Value for money and quite safe for parking beneath the highway.

Pros: Good hotel facility and environment in Montreal. The parking is beneath the highway but they have CCTV and a card on the dashboard to show that it is a hotel guest car.

Pros: Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lovely room, great bathroom.

Cons: The breakfast was awful. We were there early. The sausage was dry and hard to chew. The home fries tasted of yesterday! No thanks

Pros: The staff were wonderfully warm and inviting and easily switched between French and English.

Cons: The ice machine wasn't working.

Pros: The room was huge and the breakfast was great scrambled eggs sausage and potatoes it was better than bagels for 4 days straight in other hotels.

Cons: There is parking included, but it was under the freeway, and we had to bring all our belongings into our room as the hotel is not responsible for theft. It was a little inconvenient, but still better than trying to find parking at midnight.

Pros: Everyone spoke English and were very helpful. Bed was very comfortable, slept very well.

Cons: Price was a bit high, and it faced a busy highway. It's a far way from the train station, but once you know transit, you're good.

However, I experienced the parking lot as good enough to use and easy to access. No dirt and risk at all. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those who value cost-effectiveness. -. Food: Breakfast is good to start a light morning. Served hot foods like sausage, eggs, and potatoes. -. Staff: Kind and smiling -. Room size: Good size compainrg another 5-star hotel. -. Room floor: Vinyl floor was better than carpet.

Cons: Overall, the bathroom was not bad, but it should be cleaned the water moss. Coffee at the restaurant tasted like paper.
