Motel Champlain

Great place to stay if you dont have unreasonable expectations. Clean, exactly like pictures, simple

Pros: I've been to montreal a few times and have tried a number of hotels/motels to stay at. This one is by far my favourite. It's a little far from the island but it's well worth it. The price to stay here is very reasonable and an extra $12 to keep the car in a downtown parking garage during the day is totally fine compared to staying somewhere downtown. The room was exactly as the pictures suggested; I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfy it was. In all honesty this place is perfect for someone who's chill, not picky, and doesn't have unreasonable expectations for the price paid. I came expecting a clean bed and shower and that's exactly what i got. Staff was friendly here too.

Cons: One person staying here was quite loud one of the nights, but it happens sometimes; I don't blame the location for it.

Pros: Good value for money. Room was newly updated and clean, great that they had a fridge and microwave.

Great location and value for a short stay

Pros: Updated rooms, very clean, fridge and microwave were handy to have. The location was perfect for access to Parc Jean Drapeau, the Olympic Basin and La Ronde. It was quiet despite being on a busy road. A great place to stay for a night or two.

Cons: The outside appearance is tired and needs a refresh, to make the first impression match with the nicely update and renovated rooms

EXCELLENT!

Pros: Service, convenience and cost. The three pillars to the hospitality industry. The new owners have completely renovated the rooms and the location is excellent. Just at the foot of the beautiful Samuel de Champlain bridge. The reception was courteous and when I forgot something in the room when checking out, I caleed and their staff got right on it. They even offered me a coffee as I waited to retrieve it. XXX

overall, my stay at the Motel Champlain was exceptional.

Pros: during my stay at the motel Champlain, the room was great and the customer service was wonderful.

Cons: A few negatives that I had about Motel Champlain was the poor Wi-Fi services provided. Another inconvenience was the location due to the motel being located on a one-way street.

Pros: This place was clean, warm and welcoming. A bit out of the city, but surrounded by everything you need. Lots of tv channels, comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. Will stay here again. Did I mention, own private entrance, which we love! Parking ad well!

Cons: Nothing wrong here.

A pleasant surprise!

Pros: My room was so clean, and had a nice bathroom. The motel is located near Pont Champlain; nevertheless it was quiet inside my room, and I slept really well. The motel is pet friendly. You can walk to a nice park along the riverfront. You can also walk or drive over to Boulevard Rome, where there is a nice selection of Asian restaurants, as well as a Tim Hortons.

Cons: The motel is a little bit challenging to drive to the first time, as it is on a one-way street alongside the autoroute entry to Pont Champlain. If you are driving alone, it helps to use Google Maps or Waze audio instructions.

Pros: Yes, very clean. I sleep like a baby. Everything was perfect.

Pros: The place is clean and comfortable, it gives you everything for money you pay. The staff is amazing, we were running late and worried about check in. The staff stayed connected and helped us.
