In general, was amazing stay here.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Is very close from Place des Arts station, Mont Royal Park and the main street Saint Catherine. The apartment is very spacious and has all utensils you need.

Cons: For a period, the building needed to do some external repairs of the apartments, which made a lot of noise during the day and I had great difficulty in realize my work. Another thing that could be better is the key: you can only enter your apartment and hall if you have a key, and in my case I was with my wife and we had a different time outside the house. Then we had to meet in the middle of the way to get the key and enter the house, and it is not always possible. I think two keys could be better for this situation.

Nice long stay in Montreal.

Pros: Perfect location, and I was able to extend my stay. The place was nice and clean when I arrived, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was pretty well equipped.

Cons: There was a discrepancy between the listing (One bedroom with a balcony) and the room (Studio without a balcony), and it took a while to resolve.
