Pros: Hosts were very responsive and helpful Apartment was immaculate, spacious and bright All appliances/facilities were modern and easy to use

Cons: 15 minute walk to nearest Metro (not a big deal but it’s the only downside we can come up with)

On a adoré

Pros: La localisation de l'appartement est vraiment top. L'avenue du Mont-Royal offre une animation en continue mais sans pour autant être trop bruyante. Le logement est spacieux jusqu'à 10 personnes et les équipements sont bien. La literie est confortable et les salles de bains sont bien. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y avait largement de vaisselle pour nous 9 et d'ustensiles de cuisine. La terrasse est franchement bien, on a pas pu en profiter en raison de la météo mais aux beaux jours ça doit vraiment être top de s'y prélasser après une bonne journée de marche, avec en plus un barbecue disponible. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et sympa.

Cons: Le logement mériterait un coup de rafraîchessement et une vérification du ménage plus poussée. A notre arrivée c'était assez propre mais beaucoup de poussière sous les lits, on a retrouvé un ticket de train utilisé, des tâches sur le canapé, et des traces de doigts sur le miroir, Nous avons signalé cela à nos hôtes qui ont été super réactifs et ont proposé de suite plusieurs solutions :)

Enjoy the real Montreal!

Pros: Centrally located in exciting neighborhood currently set up as a pedestrian mall. Spacious, comfortable and well stocked apartment with attentive landlords, great for group or family. Access by car, taxi, or subway.

Cons: Steep stairs to middle floor apartment, parking procedures not well documented but actually simple once learned.
