Quaint Montréal apartment

Pros: My husband and I stayed for 10 days at Gite À Coté. This is a tastefully designed accommodation in the heart of the Plateau Mont Royale. The owner makes great use of a small space. It has everything you need: dishware and cookware, cooking oil, salt and seasonings, hair dryer, an iron, a Dyson in case you make a mess, and some Tupperware for your leftovers too. The owner is generous in allowing guests to explore the shared (and beautifully designed) courtyard in the back. There is a very strong air conditioner unit in the bedroom for those hot summer days which keeps the whole apartment cool. Location: The subway is a 10-minute walk through the main strip which has many high quality French bakeries, book shops, and a beautiful view of the mountain. The street itself is quiet while offering access to late night bars and restaurants just a few blocks away. Note that there is only street parking available and an overnight pass is $9 per night.

Cons: Note that you are staying on the ground floor and are street facing, which means that people are walking right by the living room, so you must keep the privacy screen closed. It is hard to get fresh air in the apartment as the only windows are in the bedroom and the front door opens right onto the street. This only became an issue for us because we are used to opening the windows for fresh air at night and because of the length of our stay.

Pros: L'emplacement au coeur du quartier plateau Mont Royal. Les nombreux commerces autour. Le calme de la rue. La proximité d'une station de métro pour aller dans les autres quartiers.

Pros: très bon accueil, avec un bon tour du propriétaire complet et des explications de fonctionnement très exhaustive y compris sur des questions qui me seraient venir plus tard.

Pros: Très bien situé dans un quartier animé dans une rue calme. A dix minutes de la station de métro. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants. Appartement très bien équipé, pièces spacieuses. Accueil facile et très agréable. Plans et informations sur Montreal disponibles.

Cons: Aucun reproche à faire !

Pros: Le logement est situé dans une calme mais proche du métro et d une artère très commerçante. C est tres pratique et très facile pour visiter Montréal. L appartement est bien organisé avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un séjour. La chambre donne sur un cœur très calme et très jolie.

Pros: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement du logement ainsi que le calme qui régnait dans le quartier. Nos hôtes étaient également très gentils et disponibles.

Parfaite expérience, I je reviens à Montréal, je retenterai directement de réserver au même endroit.
