Pros: This was an ideal and budget-friendly place for a group of 4, with free parking. The host was courteous and provided all the necessary instructions on the day of check-in. If you plan to stay a few days in Montreal, this is a good place as it is located conveniently close to the metro and main attractions. However, I would suggest to bring your own kettle and utensils though there is a small electric stove and the host has provided a couple of saucepans and cutlery if you plan on cooking basic meals. There are also enough plug points for your devices. Overall, it's a very decent place for your stay.
