Cons: water pressure in tap and shower little weak. shower tap came off when using . Stuck it back in place.

Pros: The hotel style, location, fitness center and pool. The food was amazing,

Cons: I would have given a 10, but there were a couple of small details like no refilling the coffee pads. But really minimum details. Other than that it was really great.

Awesome Staff, Maxime

Pros: The room was beautiful. Maxime was an exceptional staff. He helped me book the trian tickets and gave directions to via rail station near AC Hotel. During booking, he experienced several setbacks, but he thought outside the box and found a solution. He was attentive and had so much patience. Best employee I have ever seen. Thank you, Maxime, for making my less desirable day brighter.

Pros: I love where ia located easy tp walk or to take public transit even from the airport. The bed is very confortable i love the amenities specially the swimming pool and terraz.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Good facilities including a nice pool. Comfy bed and lots of space in the room.

Cons: Having read previous reviews we were aware of the bathroom location which does lead to a lack of privacy and could be awkward for some people.

Nice hotel . Good location .

Pros: Good location . Large room . Friendly staff . Happy hour served lovely cocktails . Ate in the restaurant once , lovely food and not too expensive.

Cons: As a booking of three it’s a little annoying to only be left 2 towels , 2 waters , 2 robes . The reception did have another one brought up when we requested one .

Solid hotel in the centre-ville

Pros: Spacious room. The hotel is in the city center, close to Chinatown and also within easy reach of Old Montreal. The hotel is modern.

Cons: Even on the 10th floor, the room is relatively noisy from the main street, the windows are poorly insulated, and you cannot let fresh air into the room. I once placed a room service order at 9 pm. – the staff couldn't find time to bring the food to my room at that time, because they need to cleanup the restaurant– so I went to get it myself.
