Overall a very nice and cozy place for families to stay... Good location

Pros: The location was very good and the place was also beautiful.. Clean and cozy..

Cons: We had issues with the Heating and we were able to figure out that most of the heaters breakers were manually turned down.. It was a slight hassle but eventually we figured out..

Pros: Good environment. Clean residence Good location and near to Concordia Loyola campus

Cons: Parking sometimes gets challenging

Pros: It’s easily accessible with (usually) plenty of parking around on the street. $CAD 15 to get to town in Uber or a few dollars to get a bus/metro card. It has aircon which was very welcome during the warm and humid days I was in Montreal.

Cons: It’s next to a main highway and rail line, so it can be loud. The noise from the aircon helps

Pros: NDG Dreams was an excellent apartment for our two couples. We felt very secure. There were great washing and drying machines just outside our door. The showers were superb - the best we have experienced. The cleaner, Marvin, was exceptional and helped us contact the owner and get into our apartment early.

Cons: Parking on the street was an issue because for some time on some days of the week, parking is not permitted. We were able to manage it successfully. The 3rd bedroom, although it had an ensuite, does not have privacy as it doesn't have a door and is open to anyone in the lounge area and even others walking to the other bathroom.

Pros: the apartment is very clean, convenient location, I recommend

Pros: The location was just fine for us and the apartment was perfect.

Cons: A very minor thing.....we couldn't find any dishwasher tablets or tea towels and draining board so washing up was a bit of a mystery!

Pros: I enjoyed my stay with my family It was a wonderful apartment, clean, modern, cozy, and comfy with nice decoration and modern design.

Cons: Everything was great, and my kids enjoyed the stay 🥰😍

Pros: La proximité de l'hopital Royal Victoria, 10 min de marche. Beau paysage et cour d'eau devant

Cons: Le dernier nettoyage laissait à désirer. Beaucoup de poussière sur les ustensiles et la vaisselle. Le détecteur de fumée avait été enlevé et les batteries avait été retiré. La poubelle n'avait pas été vidée.

Très pratique

Pros: Très belle appartement, 3 chambres, confortable! Stationnement accessible face à l’immeuble ( parking interdit de 16h à 18h). Hôte à donner des instructions très claire et un bon service !

Cons: Manque quelques instrument de cuisine! Et linge à vaisselle. Petite odeur de cigarette présente lors de notre séjour et peu de fenêtre…

Besides some unfinished cosmetic repairs of the place and some beddings stains, we had a wonderful time.

Pros: Clean and modern. We were comfortable. Some parking stress but bearable.

Cons: Some of the beddings were stained. There were several unfinished cosmetic repairs. Unfinished dry wall and hole in the ceiling. But did not affect our stay.
