Luxueux - Deco moderne

Excellent stay.

Pros: The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe. The Internet was very good. All appliances worked well. Having an access code made check-in and access to the apartment very easy. Although there is no private parking, we were always able to find a free parking spot on the street, right in front of the apartment.

Cons: The apartment is not as close to the city center as we would have preferred, but it was not too far either. Roughly a 25 to 30-minute drive to downtown.

Had very pleasant stay in this place, will definitely stay here again!!!

Pros: Apartment is nicely furnished, beds are very comfy, you can adjust the heating to your liking and kitchen has everything what you need. There is parks next to you to walk your dogs. Very quiet, safe and clean place. There is AC unit for the summer also. Buses will connect to metro easily, will take like 40min to downtown.

Excellent room for stay but only for traveller's or couples.

Pros: Clean, nice and well.secured location and Fredy was always there to answer any questions.

Cons: Washer dryer didn't had detergent pods or detergent. It would be better to have few coffee packs as some cafe are far. Internet kept dropping after sometime of browsing and became slow. Parking is free but the only issue is if you come late after 8 pm, it is very difficult to get parking in street, as I had to park one cross street and walk for about 2-4 min.

Pros: Excellent host. The apartment is modern, magnificent, very beautiful. Comfortable beds, excellent equipment in the kitchen. Quiet area. Thank you very much

Pros: Apartment was great and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen! Fredy was very responsive host and accommodated our needs. Instructions were clear and the neighbourhood was nice and quiet.

Cons: Up until the end we didn't realise it's a basement unit. However, no issues with the unit itself, I was not mentioned upon booking. Friendly advice, pay attention to street cleaning signs. Even though we parked at the proper place, still got a ticket for not moving away the car on time.

Great Value!

Pros: Very clean, cozy, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, easy entry instructions, parking available, great communication with the owner. Great value!

Cons: The only suggestion we would have is to have some cleaning supplies made available to be able to wipe the counters down after meals, etc.

Comfortable.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, calm and well equipped. The contact with the management as well as the check in/out processes were smooth and efficient. I you don’t mind staying a little far from the city center I recommend this apartment.

Cons: The lack of sufficient sunlight, the apparent being in a basement.

Pros: L'appartement était conforme aux photos. Propre. L'espace cuisine déjeuner confortable bien illuminé, bien aéré, de grand rangement pour les chambres. Appartement confortable. L'hôte sympathique et réactif.

Cons: Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bain pour 3 chambres où au moins un WC supplémentaire

Pros: Sauber, gut ausgestattet, unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.

Cons: Kein privater Parkplatz, vor allem abends teilweise nur Parkplätze in Nebenstraßen vorhanden

My family and I , had a perfect night , the place was calm ,and peaceful. Cleaness was amazing
