Charming 1 BR Apartment cozy and fully equipped

Pros: beautiful place with excellent furniture and clean

Overall a very nice place to stay, just slightly broken if you look close enough.

Pros: The location was great, Viau metro station was pretty close, we walked there the first night despite the cold and it wasn’t bad (would be easy in warmer months) and besides that we took ubers there which were all less than $10. There are so many great things to do and it’s a very easy city to navigate. The property itself was pretty nice i liked the setup of the apartment, and the appliances were good quality (stove, shower, tv). It was generally a very nice place to stay and i appreciated the balcony.

Cons: There were a lot of things that were just janky, they still worked but were just partially broken. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose, the front door wouldn’t stay closed unless it’s locked, the handle on the inside of the shower was partially disconnected, there was no utensils, there was some wooden disposal forks and knives left by (i’m assuming) a previous customer but we ended up using the large wooden cooking utensils to eat off of for multiple meals. Additionally, there was no laundry detergent despite the owners saying that it was available for use. None of these issues were that horrible and they all had easy solutions but they could easily be fixed by the owners of the property, and they should be fixed for the price.

Pros: Appartement très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût. De plus, tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour agréable sont présents. Nous avons pu facilement nous garer et profitez du bus ainsi que du métro pour déplacer. Merci encore !!

Cons: Rien à signaler, tout est parfait.

Pros: Le quartier est très agréable, un appartement spacieux.

Cons: un peu de difficulté pour stationner le soir. Les appartements sont pas bien isolé.

Pros: I liked the decoration and equipments of the house. Everything worked perfectly and the house was nitty.

Cons: The location is a little bit far from metro stations, which impact the ability to move around in Montreal.

We loved this very clean and cute apartment!

Pros: This well appointed apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved all the amenities (full kitchen, tv, air purifier, AC, nice bathroom) and access to buses to go downtown.

Cons: Nothing. It was all good

Cons: Manque de condiments de base (sel,poivre, huile), un seul rouleau de papier toilette, un petit cadeau de bienvenue avec une spécialité locale aurait été appréciée Appartement loin du centre de Montréal

Happy to have chosen this place for my stay

Pros: Very well equiped, comfortable. There is a washer and a dryer that serves the building. Well located , a calm residential area , very close to buses with good connections, an IGA supermarket, parks. I am lucky I could reserve the apartment for my next visit in June.

Cons: Everything was great

Pros: L'emplacement et le.prix. C'était propre. Et il y a presque tout les utilités, sauf un grille-pain. Le responsable était facilement accessible au besoin.

Cons: Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans le logement et on ne pouvait pas régler nous même le thermostat. De plus, le mur mitoyen avec le logement d'à côté est très mince et on attend les conversations et la musique.

Lovely cozy, clean apartment with new bathroom and easy street parking.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is recently redone and gorgeous.

Cons: There were no utensils like knives, forks, spoons. Could hear the noises from neighbors very easily.
