Pros: Great location, everything you need is nearby. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. I recommend it for both short-term and long-term stays, because it has all the amenities. Thank you for your service.

Great for a long.term stay as it’s in a great location and has the basic kitchen supplies.

Pros: The location was amazing! It is super close to grocery, pharmacy, dollar store and liquor store. Also only a 10-15mins walk to the metro station and bus stops are just half a block away. The beds are super comfortable! Also if you needed anything, the owners were prompt to responding!

Cons: Some of the electrical outlets did not work like in the bathroom, so had to blow dry, curl, and straighten my hair in the corridor or room. Also the light in the kitchen wouldn’t turn off and one of the lamps in the room didn’t turn off, so had to unplug.

Séjour agréable dans une ville agréable avec une population agréable

Pros: Logement moderne, propre et confortable avec deux chambres donnant sur l'arrière, un salon/cuisine bien équipée, une salle de bain avec lavabo douche, climatisation, proche du centre ville, dans un endroit calme et aéré, boulangerie à proximité, grand magasin alimentaire à proximité, Mac Do faisant des pancakes au sirop d'érable à proximité...

Cons: L'annonce faisait état de 130 mètres carré de surface, ce qui est totalement faux. Ou alors c'est pas les même mètres qu'en France, ou alors ils ont compté les murs et le plafond. Les chambres font moins de 10m2 chacune car il y a juste la place pour un grand lit, et le salon/cuisine fait dans les 20m2... C'est suffisant pour des vacances à deux, mais c'est pas 130m2.

Cozy2 bedroom in griffintown

Pros: Très belle appartement , très propre , très bon service du personnel . Parking payant pour la nuit/journée sous terrain au prix de 27$ . Je le recommande et j'y retournerai éventuellement. Très bon rapport qualité prix .
