Pros: Absolutely Everything!! This is indeed our Home away from Home!! 🥰It all starts with Management. The Leadership reflects the Staff and Service provided. They all go above and beyond Customer Service. They have thought of every little detail. This places shines like no other. We have stayed at this location several times. We will continue to come back when we are in the area. As a former Hotel Manager and I have had the priviledge in travelling all over. I dont say this as a look at me response. I say this for an understanding so that others reading this review, are aware of my experience in this Industry. If I could rate this place above Exceptional. I would. Thank You, Management and Thank you to all the Staff. My Family experienced the most Enjoyable Stay Ever!! 🥰This place Shines!! Try the bed rumbler!

Pros: Very good breakfast and large clean rooms. Excellent facilities. Bonus points for the relaxation bed rumbler. Once we stopped laughing we really enjoyed it!

An Amazing Hotel

Pros: We stayed at Quality Suites in Drummondville in late July 2025. This was the best stay over a two-week vacation. The pros about this hotel include: - very pleasant reception experience with bilingual staff - amazing rooms, very well appointed. - the hotel is exceptionally clean - most comfortable bed ever! - perfect climate control. - excellent shower, well stocked bathroom - Keurig coffee machine with ample pods - fantastic breakfast; not your typical buffet style, more a cafeteria style where staff serve you. Great selection and very tasty.
