Nice place but a few frustrations dealing with the staff

Pros: It was beautiful, large, clean and quiet. Check in was easy.

Cons: After messaging the staff about the wobbly bunkbeds, they swiftly entered the apartment to fix it. While I appreciated their quick response, I didn’t appreciate that they entered the apartment WITHOUT confirmation from us that it would be okay. We decorated the place (with temporary decorations that we of course planned to take down), as it was a celebration weekend for my sister’s upcoming wedding. When the staff entered the property without our permission, they were quick to assume that we had been partying in the unit. However, this was not the case at all. We really didn’t like the assumptions that were made when they entered the property without our consent.

Bel appartement au pied de la montagne

Pros: Très bel appartement, confortable, spacieux et bien placé au pied de la montagne du Mont-Royal. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont confortables.

Cons: La toilette de la salle de bain partagée faisait énormément de bruit et ne flushait pas très bien. Les escaliers pour entrer dans l'appartement sont très raides.
