Amazing!!

Pros: The property was close to everything - 5min with a car to Atwater and 8min to Griffintown. The neighborhood was very quiet and had stores in very close proximity. The property was clean and cozy. We loved everything about the place. The hosts accommodated our earlier check-in for which we are very grateful. The garden is cute too. There was everything one needs to feel at home - pans, pots, towels, blankets, everything. I would highly recommend the place to anyone staying in Montreal.

Pros: The holiday home was spacious, big kitchen. Nice living room. Big garden with squirrels. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. Happy to park the car next to the house. The neighbourhood was friendly. There is a good boulangerie and you can some specialty coffee close by. And there is also a nice playground for toddlers and 5+. The washing machine (laundry) was great.

Cons: Unfortunately I heard the neighbours from the first level quite often and on weird time slots. The front door was not very safe with only a small lock.

Pros: Lage: wir konnten Montréal von der Unterkunft aus mit dem Fahrrad erkunden Größe: Ideal und sehr großzügig für 2 Personen Ausstattung: Perfekt um dort auch mal zu frühstücken und sogar zu kochen!

Cons: Zugangscode wurde nicht übermittelt

It was a wonderful home away from home!

Pros: The location was great! Parking was perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable!

Pros: The property is in a quiet historic area about a 20 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and served by at least 3 city bus lines that with stops nearby and going to popular places like Atwater Market and downtown Montreal. The apartment is spacious and airy, and the large backyard with deck is great. It's very well-equipped with washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, etc. There are several cafes and restaurants a short walk away, and other a slightly longer walk away. We had only a couple of questions for the hosts and their replies were quick and helpful.

Pros: Die Lage war toll, für Kinder rundherum öffentliche Spielplätze und es war ganz leicht in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, super öffentliches Verkehrsnetz. Wir haben mehr als eine Woche hier verbracht aber Montreal hat soviel zu bieten, dass man mindestens weitere zwei Wochen Urlaub machen könnte.

Cons: Gibt es nicht wirklich etwas.

Appartement avec du cachet très bien situé

Pros: La réactivité des hôtes, l'emplacement et le charme de l'appartement. La rue est très calme.

Cons: Tout était parfait, le seul bémol a été le canapé lit pas très confortable et bruyant.

Pros: L'appartement est très confortable et bien situé. Nous avons aimé suivre le canal Lachine à pied pour rejoindre le centre ville.

Not worth it.

Pros: Loved the location, and the style of the place, large and spacious, easily enough for a family to stay here. Loved having the kitchenette.

Cons: First, the place hadn't been cleaned when we arrived at our check in time, with dirty laundry on the unmade bed, etc. The owner was prompt in addressing this, and a cleaner arrived about 2 hours later. Great, but this meant we had to stay there until he arrived and while he cleaned because of all our things present, so we lost an evening of our short stay waiting around. They did waive our cleaning fee though, so thanks for that... Then there were odd broken items everywhere: door frames, random large hooks in the ceiling, wires hanging out of the walls, and about half of the lightbulbs in the place were out. With a few weekends of work this place could be great quality, but at this time it was run down and needing a lot of TLC. Looks great in photos, but needs an update in person.
