Un joli appartement, très bien refait, propre mais enterrée et avec des défauts dans l'équipement

Pros: Rénovation récente, de bonne qualité avec deux jolies chambres et une très belle salle d'eau avec une grande douche italienne. Cuisine correctement équipée (pas de lave vaisselle) et espace laverie avec machine et sèche linge

Cons: C'est un appartement légèrement enterré avec juste des petites fenêtres en hauteur. Ca manque de lumière et ce n'est pas bien indiqué dans l'annonce. Il a été bien refait mais l'équipement n'est pas à la hauteur: des lits qui bougent, matelas à ressort, draps et couettes synthétiques \
