Gorgeous home with room for a large family or a friend's gathering.

Pros: The home is absolutely stunning and so spacious. Perfect for a larger group/family to spend some time in Montreal. The attention to the design details were everywhere.

Cons: The only thing that bothered me just a bit was the slight odor in the home which was similar to cat pee which I have no doubt that's what it was. Could be that it is an older property. The house was spotless otherwise.

Pros: Probably one of the best I've rented in Montreal! A huge and beautiful luxury condo, very clean, perfect location in the heart of the city and 2 parking spots available !

Terrific location, spacious and luxurious amenities!

Pros: Spacious, elegant and charming; mixing old character of the home with glam!

Cons: Nothing other than we weren’t familiar with washer pods under the sink. Possibly an identifier or note with the washer :-). Other than that, flawless!

the best place to stay at Montreal

Pros: It was a very beautiful apartment, spacious, large 4 rooms and large modern equipped kitchen.

Cons: road construction infront of the apartment during our stay.

Pros: Beautiful, classy, comfortable, property. Well-equipped , great location, friendly hosts, elegant accommodation with plenty of space. It felt quite luxurious with the chandeliers, marble, and black-and-white furnishings. We would definitely stay there again on another visit to Montreal and will recommend it to others. There are plenty of restaurants very close by in the Little Italy location and great food markets within blocks.

Cons: A few minor improvements would have made our stay even better: - More silverware - especially teaspoons. - Some tissues in the bathrooms - Instructions on how to use the TV Also, if you’re under 5’ tall, it’s hard to reach the movable shower wand.

Definitely would return if we have went back to Montreal.

Pros: It was great. The location was the best ever we walked to all the restaurants and the Jean Talon market.

Cons: There was nothing I really didn’t like about the property except there were people who were upstairs that were kind of noisy walking!

Gorgeous villa with great space and amenities but the parking situation raises cause for concern.

Pros: The property was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the living, dining and kitchen areas were very spacious. Everything needed was provided.

Cons: The kitchen garbage was filled with cigarette butts upon arrival, which made the whole kitchen smell like smoke. Our group was composed of non smokers so this was off putting and required me to hand wash the garbage can and dispose of the garbage in it in order to try and mitigate the smell. Additionally, on the last night my car got broken into in the assigned parking spot behind the villa. The villa backs onto an alley where there are other building back entrances, and honestly it did not give off the most “safe” atmosphere. The front passenger window of my car was fully smashed and there was a tracker (AirTag) placed in the car. The cameras pointed at the spot are owned by another building and are not operational. This was a disastrous-and costly-way to end my stay here and I don’t know if I would rebook this villa if I had to drive to Montreal, as beautiful as it was, as the parking situation is concerning.

Très agréable et très confortable

Pros: Très beau Condo , bien équipé , bien entretenu , bien placé dans Little italy. Manque patères dans salles de bain et salle de douche . Douche HS et pression eau inexistante dans la salle de douche . Un aménagement des placards de chambres avec des étagère serait appréciable car les seules penderies sont insuffisantes . Reste globalement une très belle location !

Excellent und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat alles was man benötigt. Louis war immer erreichbar und half wo er nur konnte. Super sind auch die beiden Parkplätze hinter dem Haus.

Cons: Die Türen und Boden haben etwas geknarrt und die Türknaufen sind etwas locker. Der Duschknopf funktioniert nur teilweise. Das Wasser kam von Oben und aus dem Duschkopf. Umschalten war unmöglich.

Overall I recommend & would stay again! Great Location, Beautiful Apartment.

Pros: Villa Dante is a beautiful first floor apartment perfectly suited for our group of 4 besties traveling to Montreal for the first time. We enjoyed the gorgeous living room & back deck. I highly recommend staying in Little Italy - and go to the food market - it's lovely! Ratafia is THE BEST restaurant any of us had EVER eaten at - and we are foodies! Luccas was also a fabulous meal. Uber's are quick & the subway is efficient & clean (though about a 14 min walk to the station)

Cons: Unfortunately for the owner of this fabulous apartment, I don't think they have the best property management in place... hence not a 10 rating. After several hours of travel, my friend arrived to find the code didn't work (defective lock). She called, I called, we both left VM, I messaged through their app - which apparently gave me an AI response because it was a long time before anyone got back to me... then a long time in between texts. Would have been nice if AI could have simply told me to go try the back door - that would have saved my friend nearly an hour of frustration & standing outside trying to get in with all her luggage - ready to go find a hotel instead. Once she got ahold of a real person - the gal was GREAT! Super helpful and gracious. They gave us a bottle of Cava as an apology which was a nice gesture. Prior to arrival, I had a few communications with Denstays which were also frustrating. They didn't explain why they took me to another system to register & send a bunch of info & documentation. They were polite but not super friendly on the phone (at least the one fellow I spoke to). I tried to add a night and was directed back to the reservation to adjust it there as that was a better price than booking direct... that's a first! The apartment itself: One 'bedroom' did not have a closet (so clothing was stored in another friends room), and had glass adjoining doors to another bedroom - so when one room had a light on - so did the other :). Unfortunately the light in this bedroom would not actually shut off... it flickered at a very low level whenever turned off. Thankfully my friend in that room is able to sleep through anything... but I could actually see the flickering in my bedroom as well. I wonder if removing that particular dimmer (maybe the fixture isn't designed to be dimmable?) would fix it??
