Very nicely appointed and well-managed property.

Pros: Very responsive and flexible. Coffee, tea, champagne, croissants. Great location with parking.

Cons: Complaints are fairly minor. While the kitchen is fairly well stocked, it is missing a few items (measuring cups, enough wine glasses, flower vase). The bulb was out in one walk-in shower, which meant showering near-darkness.
