Outstanding little knook

Pros: Absolutely phenomenal place. Little stay on the border and one of the only hotels within miles. Facilities were amazing and the room was very comfy.

Pros: Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants, et j'aimais bien le déjeuner. (Le café est hyper bon !). Le lit était aussi confortable, pis il y un salon charmant pour les invités. L'auberge est proche de la bibliothèque Haskell, alors si tu assistes à un concert là et ne veux pas revenir chez toi le soir un hiver, c'est l'emplacement parfait pour rester la nuit.

Pros: Very friendly well maintained facility. Common areas were terrific.

Cons: That bathroom was downstairs, which was especially rough if needed in middle of night. Also, despite signage, tough not to bang head on ceiling at top of stairs.

Pros: The owner was very helpful in helping me get to and from my 2nd floor room. I have difficulty climbing steps due to medical issues. The room comes with a fully functional kitchen if you are planning to stay awhile. The room also is above her fully functional café and bakery. I left with too many treats! The breakfast was fantastic. I had the Scottish Eggs, wow. I highly recommend this place.

Cons: The second floor without an elevator for severely handicapped individuals.

Cozy B&B type of Accommodations

Pros: It Had a very intimate, homey B&B atmosphere which we liked. We were welcomed and given a tour of the house when we arrived. It is located in a quiet residential area where we felt safe walking to a restaurant for dinner just a 5-minute walk away. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. There was a fully furnished common kitchen and living room area with TV Our bedroom was small with its own toilet and sink. A very nice Canadian breakfast was included.

Cons: There was only one common shower room but that didn't bother us as we were only there for one night
