Pros: The front desk staff a young man (with dreadlocks) in particular were exceptional ... I asked him in my very poor '47 year ago' high school French if he could parlez en English ... He was amazingly bilingual and his presence and attitude was incredible ... He is a treasure and an asset to your Hotel ...

It’s good a stop over for one night

Pros: Good location for stop off. Booked presidential suite and it was great, with an amazing shower, spa bath and incredibly comfortable bed. Slept like a log.

Cons: No water in room which was poor for a presidential suite. Nowhere to change at the pool - have to walk to and from room unless your room backs onto pool. Fitness room was too small. There were no mats, but then again there was not enough room to put a mat down anywhere!

Pros: Location was good, staff were friendly, room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff spoke both English and French, TV was a smart TV

Cons: Not many English channels on TV.

Really reasonable price for a nice pet friendly stay while traveling

Pros: Location is super convenient. Pet friendly was exactly what we needed. Room is clean and comfortable. Rates are very reasonable. Staff is super friendly

Cons: Noise transfer is a lot easier in this hotel. The room across from us had some rowdy kids but the hotel quieted them down quickly. The tap and shower water heat was crazy hot (like can burn you if you don't check it first).

Excellent location and very comfortable facility.

Pros: Excellent staff or hotel and restaurant, fantastic location for the traveler, the facility is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the facility is outstanding. There are other restaurants close by if the hotel restaurant suitable to you.

Cons: The only thing a can think of would be, some sort of indication of what languages the staff members speak.

Perfect for a tired family after a day of travel.

Pros: Great location in Drummondville - we stop here every year on our way to and from the East Coast. The beds have always been very comfortable, the rooms quiet, the staff welcoming and the pool perfectly clean and ready for our two kiddos to burn off some pent up travel energy. I’ve never had a single complaint while staying here - highly recommend for families :)

GOOD, COMFORTABLE STAY, NICE POOL and HOT TUB

Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, warm pool, great hot tub.

Cons: Toilet very tight in bathroom between a wall and the tub. Poorly designed.

Pros: Didn't have the breakfast. Location is a little difficult to find. Poor signage

Otherwise, we loved staying at the hotel.

Pros: Loved the large room and wood flooring. Having a restaurant in the building.

Cons: would have like a small table and two chairs at the window. I didn’t like the low toilets. comfort height would be wonderful.
