Pros: Nice setting in front of lake Treated with sparkling wine upon arrival

Cons: Breakfast too small and every extra is a supplement per item. Sounds petty No breakfast room No tea in room Spa setting facing the lake is nice . Did not realize spa is 51 cad per person per slot

Lovely place with amazing spa facilities

Pros: We had a lovely stay. The personnel were very helpful and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities with an incredible lake view.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is no bar or restaurant within the hotel. However, that's clearly stated in their description so we were not surprised.

Excellent stay…..should have stayed longer

Pros: L’emplacement, le calme, l’attention dans les petits gestes. c’est un endroit très bien entretenu et tout le monde est au petit soin pour les clients.

Pros: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our car battery died from the cold and one of the staff members used her truck and jumper cables to get us going. Other staff let us use the spa lobby and have some tea while we waited for her to arrive from home with jumper cables: A+ customer service. Getting breakfast delivered to the room was lovely. The spa was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Séjour reposant, relaxant, avec une très belle vue sur le lac gelé. Spa cosy, en toute intimité.

Pros: Suite propre, personnel agréable et disponible, petit déjeuner servis à la porte chaque matin

Pros: The suite had everything that was needed: beautiful views on the spa and the lake, a comfortable bed, full kitchen appliances and kitchenware, lots of space, it's off the main road very secluded eventhough the distance to the village is very short.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Belle attention à notre arrivée un verre de mousseux et des pacanes à l'érable dans notre chambre. Propreté de l'établissement au complet (Bains,chambres,saunas) Propriétaire et employés souriants et accueillants.

Cons: Malheureusement la température n'y était pas alors va falloir y retourner! 😉

Pros: Tout, le confort, le personnel l'expérience. Le lieu, un vrai conte de fée !

Pros: Bel hôtel au milieu des bois et en bord de lac, accueil impeccable et souriant, petit déjeuner servi à la chambre copieux. Belles installations spa et bien-être (hélas pas testées)
