Comfortable and very pleasant!

Pros: The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were pleasant and professional. The restaurant was very good. The pool and two saunas were fantastic!

Cons: I would have liked the pool to be a little bit warmer. Everything else was excellent.

We enjoyed your hotel, second time we have stayed here. Young wedding going on livened things up!

Pros: Our second stay at this hotel, never had any breakfast. Good coffee, had to ask for extra pods, not enough for 2 people

Cons: Leave off the sheet, which is too short. Just have the duvet! Otherwise bed very comfortable.

Pros: The location was right in the middle of town. You had access to so many shops and bars Especially The Rock Café pub/restaurant!. The food was innovative and delicious. The staff was attentive to my needs

Pros: C'est hôtel que nous connaissons très bien et c'est toujours bien. Le service à la chambre est super pour le déjeuner.

Cons: Pour séjour de 4 nuits, aucun ménage

Pros: Difficulté à avoir la bonne information pour le déjeuner du matin de Noël,3 personnes et 3 informations différentes pour finalement se présenter à 7 hres am pour déjeuner avant le brunch comme on nous avait dit et pas de déjeuner possible...

Cons: Communication des informations entre les employés mais nous avons aimé notre séjour tout de même !
