Overall a good stay. Will be back.

Pros: Overall value was good, the place was clean and met the standard I would expect of a name brand hotel. Enjoyed the light breakfast. It was very conveniently located aswell lots of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Cons: A lot of strange policies. Use of the pool was odd my the roof key didn't give access to the pool, had to ask the front desk. And breakfast must be eaten downstairs.

Pros: Large room, welcoming staff, nice breakfast - cereal, porridge,fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast.

Hotel clean, lots of parking and staff efficient and friendly.

Pros: It was fine. I liked the mixture of fruit and everything was replenished quickly if needed. The girl at check- in was very friendly and helpful. It was late and she told us where we could go to get something to eat and it was close by so appreciated this.

Cons: We were only there a short time, late check in Friday and had to leave early Saturday morning so can't really comment on much. We were satisfied with everything .

Pros: 30 min away from biodome, insectrium etc. Pool and whirlpool open until 10pm Walking distance to restaurants like Boston pizza, Poulet Rouge etc

Pros: I would have preferred scramble eggs instead of hard boiled eggs. Everything else was great, thanky

Overall good stay.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and had nice natural light. The beds were very comfortable and lots of hot water for the shower.

Cons: You could upgrade the coffee machine to an espresso type. The coffee in room and at breakfast is terrible and there’s no real place around the hotel to get a good cup. As for temperature control, without the AC on, the room got very damp, could’ve been because of the rainy weather, it was ok with the AC but then it was too cold.

Overall, the stay was great!

Pros: Petit déjeuner was simple and tasty. Everything was healthy and fresh. Thank you.

Cons: Everything was great. No bad experience to talk about.

Comfortable and affordable stay with breakfast thrown in

Pros: Size of room and beds, nice decor, good choices at Continental breakfast. Easy access and parking. A bit of a distance into Montreal but better value prices. Lovely nature reserve on the water quite close

Cons: Surprised to come back after a tiring day out to find the room had not been done. That is surely part and parcel of a hotel stay? On enquiry it’s only done every 3 days. I see this is happening all over - it is a disappointing trend (since Covid?) to offer less service for more money

Considering l booked 11 days prior to the Metallica shows, l was more than satisfied.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Bed was big. Room was clean and spacious. A/C was cold. Fridge and freezer worked well. Water was strong and hot. Staff was pleasant. Parking was plentiful. Location was close to A40 on ramp. Metallica was awesome!

Cons: TV was small. The beds foam mattress was too soft to be able to sleep on your stomach and not get a sore back. Personal preference though.

Pros: Excrllent. Very good variety and. Excellent service.
