Travelodge by Wyndham Trois-Rivieres

Pros: This was the first time here, and it was great service. The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room looked great, nice and clean. We will stay here again. I will recommend to family and friends. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible by providing great service. Thank you.

Pros: Reasonably priced, most stuffs were friendly and helpful.

Cons: There was one cleaning lady who was kinda rude (probably just shy) The AC in the room made a terrible sound when it's on.

Pros: The room was clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. I had an issue with the door lock, and somebody came right away to fix it.

Pros: Wonderful staff and customers were eye candy to the gentleman connaisseur

Cons: Having a chance to see how well the night staff managed to take the edge off about no charge cord to spare

Pros: Hot breakfast, everything was refilled without asking, the staff was super respectful and polite.

Cons: The room was too hot. Tried to control the temperature with the thermostat but in vain. The fridge was not working either. Everything else was great.

Pros: The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was better than I expected.

Cons: Every time I left the property I had to go to the front desk and have the key card activated. This is very inconvenient especially when you have to wait for the customers ahead of you. Was there for 3 nights and nobody changed the bathroom towels or left a roll of toilet paper.

We were tired after lots of driving, we really appreciated a smiling face, a comfy ba cup of coffee

Pros: The room was clean, spacious, coffee, and fridge were a plus and a microwave and ice machine easily accessible. Breakfast was good and the breakfast room was big and spacious. Beds were comfy. Parking was free.

Cons: There was a damp smell in the hallway. The hotel just seems older and could use an update. It was quiet adequate for our overnight stay.

Family mini vacation

Pros: I don't know why some people give a bad rate. It is not very exceptional, but for the price which pay it's perfect. It is true that there can be some improvements , but I can't complain. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast is enough, and pretty good: scramble eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee, cereals, toast. What do you like more than that? The only thing that I didn't like was the parking area, but this is not an issue. Otherwise the hotel is close of downtown, and shopping area.

Cons: The parking area looks neglected and too dark

I had an excellent stay, I would recommend it to anybody. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Pros: I liked the receptionist very very very friendly especially the young man in the morning I believe his name is Habou, so helpful.

Cons: The breakfast hours were’n’t clearly stated though, it said 10 am but at 9 am it was closed. One day the complete breakfast wasn’t even available. I think this should be made better.
