Fabulous stay at a beautiful hotel!

Pros: We've stayed here before. It's a gorgeous hotel with exceptional facilities and our king suite was heaven. Staff are amazing.

Pros: Amazing experience, place is beautiful, we went for autumn. Room is very comfortable, bed as well. Nice service. Spa area acceptable. Plus gentle staff! I had my trip late night and they had led me stay enjoying the SPA area.

Cons: I will say a little maintenance to the jacuzzi and spa area, I didn’t felt like touching with my feet the floor. BUT actual status is acceptable , I will definitely go again and would not worried about that.

Absolute Fairytale Stay, 100% luxury

Pros: Absolutely everything, we are so pleased we found this stunning hotel, from the minute we arrived we fell in love with it and our suite was one of the best we have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean, wonderful linens, the quality of the furniture and fittings all wonderful, The bed was so comfortable, we were sad we only stayed 2 nights. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner both evenings and again the food was first class. Cannot recommend enough, thank you for the memories

Pros: The place was well equipped, comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are also lovely. Kids loved the pool. Beds are sssoooo comfy. Shout out to Sandro who went out of his way to look after us.

Cons: You need a car as its a bit out of the way. We were visiting family in the area so worked well for that. You can't get to anything though from there without a car.

Perfect!

Pros: The hotel is great as shown in the pictures and beyond. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The staff was also very helpful and nice.

Cons: It'd be great if breakfast is included as it's hard to find anywhere nearby.

A very pleasant stay with nature steps from the building.

Pros: Speedy check-in. Lots of parking right in front of the hotel. Extraordinarily helpful staff. The room was well appointed, and the bed was marvellous! The view of the lake was stellar!

Cons: The overuse of the room fresheners in every area of the main entrances, hallways, and even the elevator. The resort fee is outrageous, and I will be calling to ask it to be refunded!
