Pros: The proximity to the airport. The shuttle came on-time.

Pros: NIce staff, great location. No objection to its cleanliness. Breakfast was OK.

Cons: Leaking tap on the sink with water on the countertop. Appeared to have peeled some of the paint. I told the front desk about it.

Clean room, Good location and good value for short-term stays

Pros: Well located and nice staff. My room was very clean and quiet. The free breakfast was varied. Overall very good value, especially since I booked at the last minute due to missing my bus back home.

Pros: Perfect location. Clean big room. Breakfast was great staff were very friendly and helpful. And appreciated the shuttle to the airport.

Pros: How close it was to the airport. Open 24/7 was extremely helpful! Very easy check in!

Overall was a good place to stay

Pros: Overall quite satisfied. With breakfast and shuttle bus availability, together makes this place good value for money. An isolated problem with one shuttle bus driver made my rating lower than it could have been.

Cons: Saturday 23rd Aug 11.00 am the behaviour of older asian shuttle bus driver was inappropriate and had passenger safety in jeopardy He was rude, driving erratically, excessively speeding, did not stop at the Stop sign at pedestrian crossing at the airport. Luggage was not placed on the sidewalk, just left on the road for passengers to collect their own. He told 2 ladies (elderly mother and daughter) that 1 should wait for the next bus as there wasn't room for all their luggage. The daughter refused to be split up from her mother. There was lots of passenger space available on this bus run. This guy gives the hotel a bad wrap and reputation. All the other passengers in the bus were appalled by his behaviour and some will take time to report this to management. I had 5 different drivers during my stay, all EXCEPT this guy were excellent! I reported our concerns to the Maintenance Manager because the Hotel Mgr was not present at the time when I returned to the hotel. Feel free to email me with questions Sorry if this is not the correct place to voice our deep concerns for passenger and public safety. But know of no other avenue to report. I can delete this if we know Mgmt has taken action. DP room 155

Pros: The rooms are big, the bed is comfortable and clean

Cons: No rugs, noisy AC, old windows installations, doors, bathroom basins
