Clean and comfortable in a good location

Very pleasant short stay with everything that we needed and great personnel on site

Pros: We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at Motel des Deux Lacs. We had a very comfortable stay and the studio had everything that we needed. The personnel were quite welcoming. Highly recommended!

Cons: Since we stayed one night we didn't use the bath/shower.

Totally geared to safety and comfort of their guests.

Pros: The location was ideal, just 20 min from where I was working, enough time for mental prep in morning and to chill in the afternoon. Staff was more than kind and the room was comfortable and immaculate.

Did not meet expectations because we were SOLD A LIE

Pros: The staff was great, the place was spotless. We found it expensive given the size, that said, the Eastern Townships is kind of a rip off price wise, so that's capitalism for you. We appreciate the bicycle storage and easy check in and check out.

Cons: Our issue was not with the motel itself but with Booking.com's egregious misrepresentation of the motel room. We were told by booking.com that our room had its own patio. I have screen grabs. However when we got to the motel, there was no patio. We rented the place because it had a patio and booking.com actually charged us more for a patio room than it would have without. THE ROOMS DO NOT HAVE PATIOS AND YOU SHOULD NOT ADVERTISE THEM AS SUCH.

Petit motel propre et abordable.

Pros: Le propriétaire est sympathique. La chambre est simplement meublée, mais très propre. Parfait pour une nuit sur un itinéraire de vacances ou pour affaire. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de réseau alors le wifi est très apprécié.

Cons: La fiche de l'entreprise gagnerait à être mise à jour, car certaines commodités ne sont plus offertes ex.: machines distributrices. Les consignes du temps de la Covid à mettre à jour.

Cons: La 8 est chauffé seulement par un truc au mur qui est directement au dessus du lit. Il est difficile de réchauffer la sdb et la cuisine sans être dans un four dans le lit hihi

Pros: Nous avons été bien reçus. Le motel est propre. Le lit confortable. La nuit est tranquille malgré quil soit siué près de la route. Enfin, nous avons apprécié notre nuitée.

Cons: Il y a eu des pertes d'électricité à cause d'un orage très violent. Ce fut réparé pendant la nuit. Pas de problème. Voilà...
