Ein schönes, hervorragend liegendes Quartier, die Beschreibung könnte klarer ausfallen

Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend. Vor der Tür fahren 2 Buslinien, auch die Metro ist zu Fuß binnen 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das große Apartment hat eine Terrasse, hier kann man auch bei Sonne gut sitzen, da ein Baum Schatten spendet. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind mehrere Restaurants, hier müsste eigentlich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack finden können. Auch ein Supermarkt liegt nahe bei. Der nahe liegende Kanal lädt zum Spazierengehen ein, zu Fuß ist auch der schöne, große Markt Atwater mit Obst, Gemüse etc. erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für solche, die es möchten, steht ein Gymraum zur Verfügung, es gibt ein Klavier und einen Pooltable. Das Wohnzimmer mit der angefügten Küche ist sehr groß, hier finden viele Platz.
