Excellent hotel great location friendly staff!

Pros: Jonathan at the front desk was great and very helpful. Helped us carry luggage to our room and so nice to have valet parking!

Cons: Would like to have a lower floor room (less stairs) but minor issue overall.

Flying visit to Montreal

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful carrying luggage up their steep stairs. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. We chose this because it had valet parking which the hotels in the old town did not

Cons: Nothing not to like. Away from centre, approx 30-40 walk to Old Town but great value option

A fantastic stay

Pros: The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were accommodating and kind. Additionally, the bathrooms were well stocked and the room was clean. The kitchen had everything you needed.

Cons: The windows are not air tight, so be prepared to hear the cars on the road and sounds outside. The beds are very firm, so be prepared for that.

Affordable but not the best surroundings

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. There were supplies for coffee and tea and in-room safe. Enjoyed being able to prepare breakfast every morning before heading out.

Cons: The entrance to the property was easy to miss and looked a bit sketchy with the graffiti on the adjacent doorway. Also the private bedroom didn't have any drawers for clothes just closet hanging space which we found strange, had to leave everything in the suitcase. The area, while conveniently close to lots of amenities and restaurants looked seedy with graffiti, abandoned lots and homeless people. I guess that's why accommodation in this area was more affordable.

Pros: The stuff was very friendly. The hotel is located at a pretty convenient location and was very clean and taken care off.

Cons: There was repeating noise coming from the heater or something right outside the windows that disturbed my sleep a bit at night, but nothing major.
