Great location and enough room for 6

Pros: Location. Space is decent for sleep 6 for a few days.

Cons: The first photo is not the property and another photo of a bathroom makes you believe there's 2 different bathrooms and there is only 1.

Very enjoyable stay in Montreal

Pros: The apartment was very clean & well equipped. In a good location for nearby supermarkets & restaurants. We walked a lot during our stay but did use the Metro a couple of times to travel further afield.. The Metro was very clean & efficient. We packed a lot into our 3 days & had a wonderful holiday.

Cons: Both bedrooms were small & cosy. Double beds up against the wall. Not ideal for my husband & I sharing a double bed.

A comfortable base in an accessible location busy at night

Pros: There is a nice park nearby and the metro is accessible. Also many cafes and restaurants in the area.

Cons: It is a very noisy neighbourhood at night and is not for everyone. It is good for the university but may not be central enough for those visiting the city.

Pros: I love everything about the apartment. No complaints.

Cons: I wish they had parking. However, this is normal for places in downtown Montreal.

Very nice apartment close to city center.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and quite new. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a multimedia tv. Location is great, is possible to reach the city center in few minutes

Cons: One of the two bedrooms is on a mezzanine floor which is not very convenient.

Pros: The responsiveness of LivMTL team is impressive, They replied to each of our inquiry in no time and have provided a very useful support each time. The ease of accessing the apartment made it even a better experience. Moreover, the apartment was very clean and well fitted with all kind of amenities. Even dishwasher tablets, soap for laundry machine.... Praticaly we felt quickly at home.

Cons: The only aspect that was not up to the expectation was the street noise. That during some nights made it a bit unconfortable.

Good place to stay.

Pros: It had everything that we needed. The location was good. There is a popular club across the road that attracts a lot of people in the early hours. We didn’t hear any of it.

Cons: AC is only in the living areas but standing fans made the bedrooms habitable. Only stairs to get to the apartment.

Pros: Cool layout with the loft above the kitchen (although a privacy curtain would be a good idea). The bed was super comfy and the place had everything we needed for self-catering.

Cons: The location can be a bit noisy but we were lucky with an apartment that was set back from the square. There is a parking lot nearby, but is a little expensive and competitive to get a spot.

Pros: Great location. Well-equipped apartment and, above all, very clean.

Cons: A wardrobe for clothes would be useful.

Cons: Noise under the building (young people sitting on the steps outside the building talking at night till very early morning) Construction noise from the opposite building block during the day
