Pros: The appartement and indore parking was great! It was also in a great location.
Cons: There wasn't enough toilet paper for 3 people. We didn't see a single staff all wkn exept a security guard.

All in all, the stay was really pleasant, and comfortable. I enjoyed it and would stay there again.
Pros: I liked that the instructions were clear. The location was fantastic and very accessible, and the apartment was bright and comfortable. There were many shops and plazas within walking distance. I had reserved a parking space in the building, which made our stay very comfortable, so we didn't have to look for parking every time we came back.
Cons: I wanted a late checkout, so I messaged the number given in the email from the management. The lady who replied said she could offer me a late check out for a fee, but she would have to see if they did not have guests checking in. She said she would confirm. Next day, I waited and had everything ready just in case, but my son was not awake. I was tired but could not rest, waiting for her confirmation. I called twice, left messages, and sent a message again, but I did not get any confirmation from her. At 11:00 (check out time), the cleaning woman knocked on the door, and said guests were checking in and she had to clean. I said no one had told me, so after she went to ask the management, they said they could give us a late check out. At that point, I was frustrated because had they confirmed early , I would not have rushed and would have rested.

Bien situé! Beaucoup mieux qu'une chambre d'hôtel pour un séjour d'une semaine!
Pros: L'endroit était parfait pour une famille. Très bien situé. L'appartement comptait tout ce don nous avions besoin. Nous avions accès à plusieurs restaurant à distance de marche. Walmart juste à côté accessible à la marche également, ce qui facilite énormément si tu as oublié un produit, comme détergent pour la lessive. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Le stationnement souterrain est également un gros plus, même si tu dois débourser pour l'accès durant ton séjour ca vaut la peine. Ascenseur qui monte directement à ton étage, ce qui facilite le transport des bagages. La piscine était génial aussi nous avons été tous les soirs et nous étions presque toujours seul. Endroit très tranquille et reposante.
Cons: Les directives pour entrer dans l'établissement ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai du passer quand une personne ouvrait la porte. J'ai réussi à me faire déverrouiller l'ascenseur par un résident pour monter à l'appartement car sans ta clé tu ne peux pas la prendre et la clé est dans ton appartement. Rendu à l'appartement tout c'est bien passé! Le code fonctionnait et tout était à l'endroit indiqué.

Pros: The place was cosy, very well equipped and located.
Cons: Need clearer instructions for the building main entrance AND the parking process. Basically, you need to pre-book your parking, then on arrival park anywhere, then go to the apartment to obtain the garage opener, then go back to the car to park it in the reserves spot. When leaving you have to do it in reverse, as you need the opener to exit the garage, then go back to the apartment to leave the opener, and finally go back to your car. There is also a parking permit to hang in the car at all times (or be towed) that I found by sheer luck in the apartment. Could definitely improve the instructions.

Pros: Vraiment un très beau endroit, je recommande. Le seul point, J'aurais aimé avoir une personne ressource sur place. Ou bien, pouvoir contacter un responsable avec plus de facilité.
