The gem of the eastern townships

Pros: Everything was perfect, the staff is really helpful and take care of you during your stay, the spa is awesome and the restaurant is top notch, really special.

Cons: Pricey, but you get what you pay for and a bit more :-)

Pros: Everything was very good, beyond expectations. Among other things, we enjoyed very beautiful scenery and perfect tranquility especially early in the morning. The staff there and their service were exceptional.

Fabulous stay and a highlight of the holiday

Pros: Stunning property …. Fabulous Location overlooking the lake & easy drives to eastern townships …. exceptionally beautiful & large suite with a wonderful fireplace and seating area …. gorgeous bathroom with freestanding bathtub and large shower, and Japanese toilet

Cons: Lack of proper paving leading from the reception area to the new pavilion where our accommodation was located

Exquisite, friendly. It would probably be different if it was busier. But it was blissfully quiet.

Pros: The place was beautiful. The food was wonderful, but very expensive. The breakfast was the same. All in all, a wonderful visit.

Pros: Everything. Wonderful hotel, beautiful location, very well run, great food. Fantastic staff. Excellent Spa that has been very cleverly designed. Highly recommend.

This is an exceptional resort: a lovely experience that exceeded expectations.

Pros: The staff is incredibly attentive and engaging. The restaurant truly offers fine dining. The Tap Room is very pleasant. The grounds are lovely.

Cons: The safe in my room is on a shelf that is too high for a 5’2” woman.

Excellent stay. The lakeside setting is beautiful, luxury room with large balcony and fireplace.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent; choice of buffet or menu. The Tap room was perfect for lunch. Good variety of options. Soups, salads, pasta dishes and sandwiches. Le Hatley for dinner was exceptional per usual. Interesting menu options with wine pairings and table d'hote. Everything was delicious and exquisitely prepared. The heated pool was a treat and spa options were great.

Cons: Ice skating was listed as an activity and we were excited but the location was not at the Manoir but in Magog about 15 minutes away.
